Smart African Parents.

Smart and enlightened African parents speak their official language to their children and ward and teach them their mother tongue, culture and tradition.

Many even go as far as getting them private teachers to tutor them on their mother tongue. Being bilingual is a CV but not enough in our contemporary world. I’ll be pretty glad when my kids speak at least four languages and very fluent in Yoruba (my mother tongue) as well.

Languages are skills and instructions, they develop and advance people’s intellect. Languages are peoples and cultures thereby bringing the larger world to wine and dine with the mini-world in your kids’ minds. The consequences are tolerance and love of humanity to mention but a few!
