Freedom for Leah Sharibu, and other Chibok School Girls.

The abducted Government Girls Science and Technical Secondary School, Dapchi girl Leah Sharibu.

There are some goals individuals, institutions, Governments … achieve and they look like they had achieved everything in life more like a woman who just delivered of her first baby after many decades of battling infertility.

The case of Leah Sharibu is one of them and the remaining Chibok School girls in the custody of the insurgents in Northeast Nigeria.

They are young girls in captivity and they have parents, siblings, friends, classmates, relatives and all Nigerians regardless of ethnicity and faith lamenting, praying, hoping and expecting their miraculous return and I pray the Federal Government will realize this pretty soon.

We also commend the effort and noble cause of #BringBackourGirls campaign group (BBOG) fighting for the safe return of these girls.

I believe Government can do much more than they had done in the past without even updating us on their moves but more importantly they should realize the vision of reuniting Leah Sharibu and other Chibok girls with their families.

Leah Sharibu celebrated her 16th birthday yesterday: 14 May 2019.
