New Behaviours (Sexuality) vs. Old Laws.
Fragile sexual history like HIV status and so on should be disclosed to your intimate partner.
New ‘sexual behaviours’ demand new laws and judgment.
As new ideological contraptions (sexuality) are introduced into our contemporary world and the spectrum of intimate partnership broadens, new laws must be invented to cater for the new ideology, bearing in mind that it’s a ‘new psychology’ altogether which could trigger weird feelings and vicious reactions.
If you change your sexuality (via sex change surgery) and you transit from male to female or female to male as the case may be, this history is not one to be kept secret, in other words you must disclose your sexual history to your partner otherwise you just committed a serious crime – some people may file under sexual assault (rape) but the law should decide and label that!
