Food and Markets as Components of our Cultures.

Limbe Market, Cameroon.

Our cultures are displayed on market stalls and not just in our pots and dishes on the dining table.

Farmers. Traders. Cook. Food. Dining Table. Family

What we plant on our farms are what we harvest and take to the market and that’s what the locals buy, take home and turn to food. Though many times imported food products are also sold in our local markets scattered across Africa.

Africa is a gold-mine as far as tourism is concerned and yes many Africans are not only accommodating but blessed with good neighbourliness and arresting unrest is tapping from and enjoying the resources other tourism-rich climes are relishing.
